As a FullStack Developer Intern at SIES Graduate School of Technology, I contributed to the development and maintenance of the live Admission Portal integrated with the ERP system. This was my longest internship and a transformative experience where I not only enhanced my technical expertise but also took on team leadership responsibilities in a live production environment.

- Built intuitive, responsive UIs for student admissions including online applications, document uploads, and real-time tracking portals.
- Developed a comprehensive admin panel interface that allowed staff to manage thousands of applications with ease.

- Implemented backend services for form submissions, payment workflows, and document storage, integrated seamlessly with the ERP.

- Enhanced workflows, reduced drop-off rates, and improved admin efficiency during high-volume usage.

- Took over as team lead after senior interns graduated, managing junior team members, task allocation, and code reviews.
- Ensured smooth deployment and continuity of the admission portal throughout the admission season without downtime.

- Managed the entire 2024 admissions cycle, successfully handling 2400+ candidate accounts through the system.
- Oversaw live beta rollouts for 2nd, 3rd, 4th admissions, ensuring scalability beyond the first-year intake.
- Digitized and streamlined the college admission process, reducing paperwork, errors, and manual workload.
- Improved user experience and transparency for both applicants and administrators with dashboards and real-time updates.
- Gained hands-on exposure in building, scaling, deploying, and maintaining a production-grade enterprise system.
